Adding a Linksys wireless router to a home network is surprisingly simple.

About the Motorola WiMAX modem control panel

For most home networks, the Motorola cpei 25150 WiMAX Clear modem works right out of the box. Just connect the modem to your pc, give it power and you'll be online and ready to go.


What if you need to access the control panel for the Motorola cpei WiMAX Clear modem so that you can edit the modem's firewall, forward certain ports, or change any other setting on your WiMAX modem?


This page will show you how to access the Motorola cpei 25150 WiMAX Clear modem control panel. Once inside the control panel, there are 6 menus with settings that you can view and edit.

Password to access the Motorola WiMAX modem control panel menu

In order to gain access to the Motorola WiMAX modem control panel, open a new web browser window and navigate to the modem log-in page.


Modem control panel web address is 192.168.15.1


You'll be taken to the Motorola cpei control panel log in screen where you'll need to enter a password to continue.


The password is motorola
The updated password is CLEAR123


After correctly typing in the password, you'll be able to customize certain settings inside the Motorola WiMAX Clear modem.

Once inside the control panel on your Motorola cpei WiMAX Clear modem, there are 6 main menus that you can either view or edit certain settings.


Here are some of the features that you can view and customize.

• DHCP Server Settings
• Device Software

The majority of people using the Motorola cpei WiMAX Clear modem will not need to open up the modem's control panel to customize extra settings.
