I did not know those laws even existed. It's kind of funny, in that blogs are freedom of speech and all blog business dealings should be acceptable. My thought is that everything is meaningless, even blog laws. The only laws that matter to me are those laws that prevent webmasters from making money. My thing is that I will continue to be an honest businessperson and anything that I do that is against the law is stupid law and should not exist. Advertising and content protection laws are good for everyone, but the bottom line in running my business is "what do I want to do to make money and keep good business contacts?" The law of the land is based on business owner integrity and business owners are the one's who must deal with the reputation of their business. Company reputation is priceless to those of us who want good word of mouth. Laws are to protect people from business owners who don't commit themselves to honest business dealings.
Thank you pointing out the blog laws! The world is protected by government, but true protection comes from cultivating the idea that laws are not to be read to be used but rather a good businessman must always act with integrity.
