If you've been having a challenge finding a good website for public domain wallpaper, images, and photos check out this site called stock.xchnge. It's free online photos for anyone to use. Some of the wallpapers and images have small restrictions, but this website more than makes up for that.
All images are excellent high quality public domain wallpapers. You can preview the thumbnails on screen or hover over the thumbnails for a bigger preview. So far this is my most useful place for finding and sharing public domain photos and wallpapers.
